Langpangkong Caves belong to the mountain range of Langpangkong. Located near the towns of Tuli and Changtongya of Mokokchung District, Langpangkong Caves is one of the most famous tourist attractions of Nagaland. The Langpangkong Caves are legendary because of its history. According to legends, after a regal brawl, the Ahom King who ruled during that time fled from Sivasagar and took shelter in one of the caves of Langpangkong . The cave in which he took shelter is still intact and is up for public display. The Langpangkong Caves are famous for its caring, homely environ for every creature out there.
