An avid traveler and a biker, Lalit is a cool-tempered, soft-spoken person. He was raised in the capital city and holds a degree from Delhi University. His love for bike riding has taken him to the most offbeat trails of the country. He started his career with a travel company and was actively involved in all areas of operations where he got the opportunity to handle the tours of the Japanese market. He possesses a wealth of experience of over 20 years in the travel industry. His sales trips to different parts of the world have helped him understand the needs and preferences of the clients. His destination knowledge and creative insight have been instrumental in product development and operational skills.  In his free time, you could spot him on a cricket pitch if not biking or watching movies.

Anuj completed his master’s degree in Travel Management after completing graduation with Mathematics Honors. It’s been over 10 years since he joined the travel industry for his love of traveling and history. Hailing from a religious family he loves Indian Culture and traditions and is deeply interested in subjects related to Indian history, Culture, and Mythology. Anuj has a charming persona with an incredible sense of humor and sharp networking skills. With a great gift of gab, he instantly clicks with one and all. And this has helped him foster great relationships with our partners abroad during his sales trips to various countries. He approaches each day with enthusiasm and constantly endeavors to provide the best customer service. The gymnasium would be the right place to find this energetic young man when he is not working. 

Deepak has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry and started his career with Hotel Le Meridian and also worked for Indian Airlines before joining the travel agency. He has his roots in the Himalayan State of ‘Himachal Pradesh’ where he has his ancestral home. Spending most of the vacations in his hometown gave him the opportunity to explore the grand Himalayan treks and trails. His love for nature led him to study travel & tourism and eventually work in the travel industry. He is part of the sales and marketing team in the company and has handled various cross-functional roles in his working tenure. Blessed with an affable temperament Deepak is a jovial young man with remarkable interpersonal skills. Deepak spends his leisure time listening to music and exploring new places.

Avinay is a dedicated, polite, and positive person with an experience of over 20 years in the travel industry. In all these years he handled several profiles and was active in every aspect of business in travel companies and now takes care of sales in the Asian market. A veteran in the industry, Avinay has developed long-lasting relationships with travel associates and partners. His unique networking skills have helped him fetch lucrative deals for the organization. He is mostly found engrossed in his work and believes in giving prompt and quality service to his clients. His dedication to his work and his amiable personality are his key assets as a worker. His calm and cool disposition makes him an adorable person. If not at work, Avinay can be spotted busy over the phone, socializing and expanding his network further.

Ankit grew up in the capital city of India “Delhi” which explains his interest in the rich cultural heritage and the modern blend of this cosmopolitan city. His love for traveling and exploring new places led him to join the travel industry at quite an early age. Ankit with his agility and knack for negotiating and has contributed well in contracting with hotels, transporters and cracking the best deals for the organisation. He is looking after sales, services and operations to provide the best experiences to the guests. Ankit is keen and dedicated to help guests experience the best of India whether they are a travelling as a couple, family or a group of friends. He loves spending time with family and friends. Ankit is a gracious young man who loves tapping his foot on Bollywood numbers and watching movies whenever he gets time.

Flamboyant, affable and creative Sutee has decades of experience under his belt. Having been associated with Air India and Jet airways for several years, he is a Senior Leader with expertise across Strategy, Business, Consumer Experience and Operational Excellence, he drives high growth and profitability in complex business environment. He plays a key role in developing relationships with our clients and expanding our family through his vast network of connections and commitment to service. Working on the tour programs he assists with designing of special focus itineraries for groups and individuals, utilizing his in-depth knowledge of India.  Sutee ensures each client takes back home a rich bouquet of once-in-a-lifetime experience, encouraging them to want to return to India as a true Ambassador of the destination. One can find him capturing the beauty of nature, people, food through his lens while exploring new places.

Pham Thi Minh Trang is a seasoned professional in the travel and tourism industry in Vietnam, boasting extensive experience and a wealth of knowledge. With a career spanning over two decades, Trang has honed her skills in leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking, making her a valuable asset to any team.

Trang's journey in the hospitality sector began with notable stints at prestigious companies like Thai Airways International. Over the years, she has cultivated a deep understanding of the industry landscape and a keen insight into market trends and consumer behaviour.

Passionate about the transformative power of travel, Trang holds a degree and various certifications in her field, underpinning her expertise with formal education. Her approach to problem-solving is characterized by a blend of creativity and analytical rigor, enabling her to navigate complex challenges with finesse.

Trang's professional repertoire encompasses a diverse range of roles, including tour operating and travel technology. She has contributed to the growth and development of businesses across multiple sectors, including airlines, hospitality, and cruises. 

In addition to her prowess in sales and business development, Trang is adept at planning and executing marketing initiatives, organizing familiarization trips and media events to launching new destinations and products.

Her love for Indian history, culture, and geography brought her to the travel & tourism industry eventually. After travelling to various countries, she strongly believes that India has far more potential for innovative and experiential tourism than any other country in the world. She has the vision to bring to the world, the magnificence of the hidden cultural heritage of India, the culinary gems, and unforgettable experiences. Her affection for her homeland is reflected in her efforts to curate and offer the rarest and most authentic travel experiences to the guests. She is instrumental in developing high-value partnerships and can be counted for an innovative, sustainable growth strategy. Contributing ideas and initiatives to the Wow India team, she constantly endeavors to walk with the team members and including them in decision-making processes. A voracious reader and a music lover, Divya has a keen interest in art and everything beautiful gifted by the nature. A dedicated, focused, and hardworking professional, Yashika was born and raised in Delhi. She started her career early after studying office management. With over 15 years of experience and incredible attention to detail, she is a key member of the Wow India team. During the course of her career, she has handled various aspects of the business including contracting and vendor management, and product operations. Through her keen eye for perfection, she primarily spearheads the costing and accounting division A polite and friendly person, Yashika loves socializing and nurturing new relations. When free she likes traveling and discovering new places, people, and food. She is lovingly called the ‘event planner’ of the organization as she is the one behind all the parties and celebrations within the office

Dolly a Delhiite was born and brought up in the capital city and graduated from the University of Delhi. Just after completing her certification in office management, she began her journey in the travel industry 10 years back. She started working at an early age and with her incredible intellect and determination, she soon started heading the operation team. With a focused mind and hardworking attitude, she has consistently proved herself. Dolly is a highly committed worker striving to create the most relevant itineraries and oversees day-to-day operations to provide the highest level of service to the guests. Taking each day in a stride she is a happy-go-lucky person. When not at work, Dolly loves to spend time with her daughter, playing games and cooking her favorite list of foods.

Satpal is a man from the Himalayas and the beautiful land of Uttarakhand also known as “Dev Bhoomi” (Land of Gods). This justifies his obvious love for the Himalayas and in-depth knowledge of the mountain treks. He came to Delhi to earn his living but missed his life in the mountains, the cool and clear weather, and the incredible natural beauty. This is what triggered him to join the travel & tourism trade where he could serve the guests and share his immense knowledge of the local places, people, and culture with them. He has a vast experience of over 20 years in the travel agency and handles the day-to-day office management and meets and greets our guests on arrival. Satpal is a polite , straightforward dedicated employee.

With over 20 years of experience in travel industry, Yogi has a strong background in product, contracting, customer service, reservation and operations. He is responsible for supporting the network of Wow in a number of tasks as he manages our branch office. With his utmost dedication to deliver optimum growth numbers, Yogi has a great work ethic to provide excellent service to our guests and forging strong relationships with our vendors, associates and guests. He has been one of the most dependable members in our team with a commitment to provide highest level of service. With vast experience up his sleeve Yogi is well acquainted with the needs and preferences of our foreign Guests. He constantly explores and pursues new business opportunities for the company. With an unassuming disposition, Yogi loves socializing and networking whenever he has time.

Poorva our youngest team member and joined the travel industry four years back. She is a graduate from Delhi University and well versed in Office management. Poorva has excelled well in her job with her hard work, dedication and vision to excel. Poorva is gradually making her way up in our company. Travelling, meeting people and discovering new cultures has always fascinated her. Working with Wow has given her an opportunity to explore this passion where she chalks out itineraries and helps our customers choose the perfect trip. She makes sure to provide them with the most memorable trip and make their travel dreams come true. Poorva likes to share new ideas and thoughts with people around her and also loves exploring new places and people. She tries her hand at cooking and loves serving new dishes to the family during the weekends.

Madan belongs to the beautiful hilly state of Himachal known as the “fruit bowl of India”. Having been in the industry for long Madan holds an experience of  20 + years up his sleeve. After completing his Master’s degree in Tourism Madan served in some reputed travel companies like Southern Travels, Tairiku Tours & Leisure Pvt Ltd, United travel service Pvt ltd etc. Madan is a seasoned Travel Operations Manager and handles all aspects of tour package including reservations, travel coordination, guide and customer support. He offers a unique combination of knowledge, expertise, and technical skills to the organization to achieve its business goals. He is a sincere, service-oriented person with a cool temperament. In his leisure time Madan loves to listen to music and reading books. He also likes to remain updated about the current affairs and politics.

Ganga is originally from the land of Gods- Uttarakhand, but now residing in the heart of Delhi. Holding a diploma in tourism she learned all the procedures of file handling like making itineraries, Quotations, hotel reservations, transport bookings, coordinating with clients, dealing with vendors etc. She began her career in 2007 with a travel company and excelled in a variety of roles in the industry. Her years of experience in inbound travel has empowered her with an unmatched knowledge of various operational aspects of a tour and loves curating the best itineraries for her guests. Her focused and punctual approach comes quite handy while catering to our guests in time and optimizing their experience in a destination. Ganga is a fun -loving person, her biggest passion is travelling to new places and exploring different cultures. In her free time, she likes spending time with family and friends.

With over 25 years of experience up his sleeve, Rohit is a firm believer of transformative power of travel. He holds an incredible ability of delivering value-added customer service and achieving customer delight by creating exceptional customer experiences from end to end. Having lived in the ancient city of Varanasi since birth has helped him foster strong liaisoning with our associates in the city and manage our branch office there. He collaborates with staff members to formulate and implement transportation-related procedures, hotel reservations as well as company revenue goals and customer service objectives. Rohit maintains positive relationships with vendors of direct travel and has good knowledge of budgeting, procurement, inventory maintenance. He has a passion for travel as he loves to connect to people and share his ideas through social networking.

Nikita has been brought up in the capital city and completed her bachelors from Delhi university. With a background of commerce and accounting Nikita is a smart, focussed individual with good grasping power. She started working in an IT solutions company and learned accounting and fostered cross functional relationships within various departments. Now she takes care of the documentation, filing and efficient functioning of the backend operations in the company. Reading and cooking are her stress busters, she tries her hand at some interesting recipes once in a while. Nikita brings a passion for travel and unique experiences to work every day: She believes that only a few experiences are as rewarding as travelling to new places.

A graduate from Delhi University, Vaishnavi is a calm and compassionate person. She was born and brought up in Delhi and knows the city in and out. After working at various profiles in private organisations in Delhi, she finally found her place in travel industry. Vaishnavi assists the operations and costing team at Wow India Travel and believes that the company is providing her with a good platform to enhance her knowledge & skills. A nature lover who adores exploring new destinations, she is calm and compassionate person. She likes spending her time exploring digital marketing channels and loves surfing through the comedy channels to look for some fun in her free time.

Rajeev Gupta has been extremely passionate about travel throughout his life and is thrilled to be finally in a position at Wow India Travel where his passion and experience are aligned. Soon after completing his Bachelors, Rajeev was anxious to learn Japanese language in the capital city of Delhi. After successfully completing his certifications in the language he got a chance to work on some Japanese projects before he found his true calling in travel industry. Confident and well-versed with travel operations, he has been entrusted with a responsible position in our operations team. When he isn’t working, Rajeev is often found practicing Yoga or meditation and is greatly influenced by the Spiritual Gurus guiding towards a healthy lifestyle. He is aspires to lead a disciplined life  and enjoys solace
