History

The Kanchi river passes through Taimara, a hamlet around 40 kilometres from Ranchi, on Tata Road. Dassam Falls, a picturesque waterfall formed by the Kanchi River as it plunges from a height of 144 feet, is surrounded by picturesque landscapes. While swimming in the creek, travellers are urged to avoid the falls unless absolutely necessary. The Dassam falls, which are surrounded by lush surroundings, were produced by this fall. February through April are generally prime months for visiting. Beautiful scenery and nice weather make it known as Dasham Gagh. The number of tourists is gradually increasing, and there are a wide range of amenities for them to use.
