About Ministry of Crab

Ministry of Crab was created as a culinary homecoming of Sri Lanka’s legendary lagoon crab, which has long gained popularity outside of the island. The brainchild of celebrated Chef and restauranteur Dharshan Munidasa, partnering with Sri Lankan Cricketing Legends Mahela Jayawardane and Kumar Sangakkara, now finds a new home in India, in the stately confines of an Art Deco bungalow, Zaveri House in Khar, Mumbai, heavily inspired by the original. Complementing the foundation of The Ministry of Crab, Colombo, the ingredients used aren’t just the best, but also the freshest. While Mumbai will be served the old favourites, namely, Crab Curry, Clay Pot Prawn Curry, and Chicken Curry Rice. Ministry of Crab Mumbai promises to offer its loyalists not only long-standing favourites from Sri Lankan menu but also an elaborate luxurious bar offering.
