About 22 km from the Sivasagar area is Saraguri Chapori, where Ajan Pir Dargah is located. This sacred mausoleum was built to commemorate the famous Islamic reformer and saint Azanfakli. Both Hindus and Muslims gather here, forgetting all the tensions between the two communities and holding hands to pay tribute to this great leader.
