At the northern end of Beach Road, Bheemili Putnam Beach is a breathtaking sight. Palm trees line the beach and it's like a paradise for those seeking tranquility. The beach and its surroundings are also known as Hollanders Green because of the remains of 17th-century Dutch settlements, fortress ruins, gun bells, and Dutch cemeteries. On the way to the beach, you will come across Erra Matti Dibbalu. This means "red sand dunes". This interesting place is now protected and preserved as a cultural heritage.
